This policy explains the data Career Code Pro stores and uses to run tutor workspaces, billing setup, tracked links, booking attribution, and reporting on this website.
What we store
We store account email addresses, creator names, booking links, tracked content URLs, booking activity, billing-connection metadata, support-request records, and provider event data needed to operate the product and explain what happened in a workspace.
How we use it
We use that data to authenticate creators, create and reconnect billing setups, attribute tracked bookings, prepare reports, surface attention items, and respond to support-assisted account requests.
Third-party services
Depending on the configuration used for a workspace, the product may exchange operational data with providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Calendly, and email-delivery services needed for sign-in or support notifications.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
During beta, account deletion and workspace reset remain manual-review workflows. Provider-side accounts and records are not deleted automatically when a workspace is disconnected or when a deletion request is submitted.
