Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the hosted Career Code Pro workspace for independent tutors and other creators who manage booking links, tracked content, billing setup, and reporting through this website.
Account use
You are responsible for using a valid email address and for keeping access to your mailbox secure. Access to the workspace is tied to the email-based sign-in flow used on this website.
During beta, we may suspend or limit access if a workspace is used for prohibited, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or if continued access would create operational, legal, or payment-provider risk.
Payments
Independent tutors use their own connected payment-provider account to accept payments for their services. Career Code Pro does not take ownership of that payment account.
Disconnecting a payment provider in this workspace affects future billing readiness only. It does not automatically delete or reverse provider-side records, dashboards, or historical transactions.
Content and links
You are responsible for the destination URLs, tracked content, booking links, and other source material you place into the workspace. You must have the right to use that material and the right to offer the services advertised through it.
You must not use the service for unlawful conduct, deceptive claims, payment abuse, or prohibited content.
Beta operations
Some destructive changes, including workspace reset and account deletion, stay support-assisted during beta. Submitting a request does not guarantee an immediate change.
